I honestly have no clue. My friend said this is the list he uses and has not yet lost, which leans me toward thinking it's cheesy. But I have no experience with 40k and I'm trying to nail down a final list before I buy all the remaining models.

Nope just seems competitive. I have seen some cheesy lists and usually refuse to play them. But I would have no problem playing you.
