Do you have any plans at all to make some female heads or torsos?
There are pretty much no good ones on the market atm.

@MadCowCrazy: just female heads - no (there's really no point as there are no minis to attach them to). A more complete solution - for sure !

Wings have been designed to work with ogre / demon prince sized minis.

Today Hamster52 brought 4arm beast from cutting. Now we need to make wip casts and rebuild the joints .
This and a small package from England with new head swaps really made my day.

Those wings are really nice though, how tall are they?

The tactical torsos are just awesome....now make some matching legs with knee pads.

I would think its a gap in the market (not that I've looked in to it that much) the lack of replacement legs. I bought myself some Forge World Renegade Militia and now have a load of left over Cadian torsos...and I'm sure I'm not the only one!

well, those are of course first test casts I did - I was so happy with what I received I simply had to work on mould as soon as possible .
I hope you'll be able to see next sets sculpted by Ian Mountain soon .

I have the westwin beret heads, as well as german forage caps and bare heads. They are all.....well the face's sides are mismatched, like they were made of wax and then melted.

Just because someone else did something first should not keep Maxmini from doing it better. Nice work, fellas.

Exactly. Why not start with something that looks cool and is relatively unproduced(forage caps)?

There is always going to be a market for better quality. That goes for anything. No one is forcing anyone to buy them bud, but likewise I don't see why anyone would disapprove of a product that is clearly better than everything else available, or, even if you wouldn't go that far, then at least upper tier quality.

This morning you woke up with melty - faced beret heads you didn't have to buy. Tonight you go to bed with tightly sculpted beret heads you don't have to buy. Really no harm done. But for those interested, they will be happy.

Maxmini will eventually get to the other head styles I am sure, but being disgruntled they chose to do these first doesn't accomplish much IMO

Hey Przemas - the beret heads look great. And forage caps or boonie caps would also be terrfic. But there's a number of us that commented in Victoria Lamb's sculpting thread that would be clamoring for some ANZAC/Chindit-style heads as well.

Any hope you might make some modern day infantry helmet heads? Something more along the lines of the old Cadians or the current USMC helmet? Sure Cadain heads are similar, but so god awful IMHO.

Those are really awesome beret heads. If I have the idea to make a second squad of Stormtroopers, I'll definitely give them a closer look.

Clearly looking to tap into a market, possibly, for Cloudy with a Chance of Rain and Thunder and Lightning troopers - and doing it VERY well indeed!

They should add some legs, arms and guns to them and release the full kit themselves!

...I like that idea. 28mm "modern" infantry is something that tends to be of far less quality than what MaxMini is putting out!

The one on the left looks like the guy out starship troopers who has strawberry blonde hair, is conviced he is going to be squad leader and gets his hand pinned to the wall at training camp.

I love this line so hard. Every bit as hard as the idea of going to bed with tightly sculpted beret heads instead of melty faced beret heads.

Those really are awesome heads. Having 10 different ones in total would be really nice for squads.
