Harker joins a squad of veterans. He gives them Stealth. The unit buys Forward Sentries which gives them camo cloaks. Do they get +2 cover saves????

Yes.

Cammo Cloaks give the Stealth universal special rule, Multiple instances of Stealth are redundant.
Stealth will stack with shrouded but not itself.
The cover save for that unit is only +1

Yeah i just read the FAQ,
Cammo cloaks give +1 to cover saves, Not stealth.
In the codex it says they give stealth.
I was wrong. First answer is right
