With Master of Runes, you get to cast two psychic powers a turn. Now if you decide to use the BRB power Divination, can you cast it twice on two different units? A blog I read somewhere had this build and tactics for a Rune Priest:
Rune Priest 2: 180 Pts.
Wargear: runic rrmour, runic weapon, bolt pistol, frags and krak grenades, chooser of the slain and master of runes.
This one is the most costly version I can think of ever using. It's mostly the same as Rune priest 1, but if you run two units of Long Fangs camped behind an Aegis Defence line, you can use two powers to twin-link them. Pretty Sweet, but still costly.
I'm asking, is this permitted? Can you really cast Divination on two squads of Long Fangs and allow them re-rolls? Because if so that is pretty awesome.

If by Divination you mean the Prescience power then your answer lies on:
Page 67, Left Column, 2nd Graph, 2nd sentence.
