Hey all, I'm a bit of a newb so this list won't be complete, but here is a list of all of the GW 'smaller than a space marine'-sized (aka IG sized) hooded heads I know about:

GW:

Wood Elves Glade Guard
Brettonian Archers
Chaos Cultist from the new starter set

Non-GW:

Anvil Industries hooded heads (possibly)

If you know of any other GW bits, or even third party bits, let me know so I can add it to the list.

Anvil Industry stock some hooded heads that are slightly smaller than space marine size.

Could work well for plastic Cadians.

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head - hope it helps.

Thanks for your reply. I e-mailed Anvil Industries and they said the heads were for Space Marine sized guys. If you or anyone else has their hodded heads, a picture of one of them on a Cadian torso would be very much appreciated, because who knows, maybe it'll look fine
