Hello Dakka!
I just created this list to play some friendly games with my friend who runs vanilla Space Marines. Let me know what you think
HQ:
Chaos Lord w/ MoK, Axe of Blind Fury, Juggernaut of Khorne, Sigil of Corruption- 170
Chaos Lord w/ MoN, Burning Brand of Skalathrax, Chaos Bike, Lightning Claw, Blight Grenades- 150
Troops:
Plague Marines x8, Plasma Gun x2, Power Axe- 237
Plague Marines x8, Plasma Gun x2, Power Axe- 237
Chaos Cultists x20- 90
Fast Attack:
Chaos Bikers x3, MoN, Plasma Gun x2- 118
I plan to put the Khorne Lord with cultists and use them as a meatshield while he uses axe of blind rape. The Nurgle lord will go with the bikers to lay down flamer templates/ rapid fire plasma. Plague Marines will hold objectives/ take skulls.

Ideally, I would like to add more bikes to the squad but I am currently lacking the models. However, this is something I plan on changing in the near future.

Ahh, that would be a good addition down the road.
The only other thing I notice is you're spending a fair amount on HQ units. Do you have a drake or predator or some havocs you can use instead? Some ranged firepower might be more important than a second fast beatstick.

In the same vein as the lack of bikes... I currently lack predators or helldrakes, much to my dismay. I made the list with the units I can actually field. BUT! I plan on adding hell turkeys to my list because they are absolutely amazing. I cannot justify purchasing any new models at the moment because I have oodles of model to paint still. Playing more often than painting is really slowing down my progress, haha. Automatically Appended Next Post: I did some tweaking. I am going to proxy a Rhino as a Predator and use some spare marines as Havocs. HQ: Chaos Lord w/ MoK, Axe of Blind Fury, Juggernaut of Khorne, Sigil of Corruption, VotLW- 175 Chaos Lord w/ MoN, Burning Brand of Skalathrax, Lightning Claw, VotLW- 130 Troops: Plague Marines x7, Plasma Gun x2- 198 Plague Marines x7, Plasma Gun x2- 198 Chaos Cultists x20- 90 Heavy Support: Predator, Autocannon, Heavy Bolter x2- 95 Havocs x5, Autocannon x4,- 115 Total: 1001 Khorne Lord stays with Cultists while Nurgle Lord goes with Plauge Marines to provide roasting with the Brand. Heavy Support provides dakka. I'm not really sure how to deploy this army to avoid getting raped by drop pods on turn one. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You could use your Cultists as a shield to cause pods to be further than 6" away from the Pred and that might actually be a better job for them. Have you considered just going Mono Nurgle? Not alot of Khorn in there and changing the Khorn Lord to a Nurgle Sorc would probably save you some points? Then maybe your Pred can have Lascannon sponsons to give you the ability to hurt AV 14. And for the cost of the Havoks (saving you 15pts actually), you could get a ADL with a Quad gun which would give you 4 TLed str 7 shots with Skyfire and Intercept. You just need someone to man it... like maybe your Sorc attached to the Cultists who surround the Pred to give a buffer to prevent drop pods who all use the ADL for a cover save and can go to ground? The ADL will probably give your Pred the 25% cover save it needs to make it last longer. Just be careful of LoS so you don't block yourself.
I do like the Nurgle Bikers, but your running low on points. It would give your list a much needed speed aspect because your Plague Marines are going to be slow walking out there and exposed to alot of fire. The bikers might give them the distraction they need to get to cover.
What I am thinking... barring your model selection of course...

Sigil of Corruption, MoN, Bike, LC, VotLW, Melta bomb
Cultists x 20 - 90pts
Plague Marines x5 - 150pts
2x Plasma guns
Plague Marines x5 - 150pts
2x Plasma guns
ADL - 100pts
Quad gun
Bikers - 121pts
2x Plasma guns, MoN, VotLW
Predator - 115pts
lascannon sponsons
1001pts
For the Sorc, we are shooting for Gift of Contagion, but a roll is a roll. You do not want Nurles Rot because the attached Cultist do not have MoN. You also do not want the Primus power of Biomancy but you really can't go wrong with any choices you happen to roll, as they are either buffs or debuffs. I will note you would be able to double whammy a unit with Enfeeble and Gift if you get both. You might get lucky and get Endurance and be able to cast it on the Sorc's unit or the Biker unit while it is range. You have to be careful with the Plague marines and move them from cover to cover (or at least keep terrain between you and your opponent to give you a cover save. Your bikers are a mini deathstar. but just remember you have no fist, just LC and bombs. Your going to have a hell of a time dealing with anything that is not a MC that is T6 or better in CC, so just shoot it.. Remember to spread your Cultists out 1.5+ inches apart and fill up around the back of your Pred.

Automatically Appended Next Post: As you expand to 1500pts and 1850pts, you can get a Hell Turkey or two, additional Plague marines and Bikers (maybe give the Champ a Fist?). I was going to give the Sorc Terminator armor to give him more survivibility, but ran out of points. Giving him Blight Nades might not be a bad idea as well, as it gives the Cultists the benifits of the nades as well. Could even upgrade him to Typhus and make the Cultists Zombies, since they are only there to take wounds and hold an objective.
