After the new jumping down rules in 6th I think it would be pretty cool if Eldar/Dark Eldar could get a USR that, because they are so agile and light on their feet, lets them jump down from heights FAR easier than other factions. Like almost no risk at all.

I think it would be pretty cinematic to have a unit of stirking skorpians or howling banshees jump down from the top of a ruined building or bastion to assault units below them. Could be called nimble or somehting.

Would also be awesome if assassins (calidus assassin jumping down off the top off of a gargoyle to assassinate her target?) had a rule like this too if they ever get a dex entry again.

Would be very situational but a cool minor rule.

Imagine an army with move through cover special rules that could evade/kite units by running up through tall buildings and jumping off the top down the other side?

Would make for a very mobile infantry force that would be great fun to play as and against.

Considering that the Eldar races used to be the only ones who had fleet, I see this as a good idea and not asking a who le lot either. It would also help to offset the point cost of the Eldar a bit.

"I have all the powers of Hell at my disposal. Who are you to question me?"

"You stand accused of violence against Iyanden. That your crime has not yet been committed is of no consequence. The sentence is oblivion."
