Not a WAAC tourney, but more geared for fun. 6 April. doors open at 10am. 1500 points w/ $10 entry fee. Allies and Fortifications allowed. Forge World models allowed to represent Codex units only. You can use the old or the new Demons codex.
This is at the Augusta Book Exchange 1650 Gordon Hwy Augusta, GA 30906 (706) 860-6553
The missions will be heavily book-based. We will use the random objectives but not the mysterious terrain. Fortifications are okay as are allies. Forge World models are okay to use as models listed in your normal 40K Codices. You may use either the older or the new Demons codex but must tell your opponent before the game starts. You can bring the beat face list or your fluffy army and still have a shot at winning something. The prize support will most likely be store credit. The idea is to run like a tournament, but not so competitive. I think I've gauged the local players are more of the fun first crush the enemy second kind of players. We will be using Battle Points for this event so a loss doesn't knock you out like the win-loss system does. You can score 30 battle points (10 per mission if you max out). You can also score points in composition, appearance and sportsmanship.  The link below has more information.

Shame I'm out of town. Otherwise I would come down from Aiken and play.
