I am a pretty new Warhammer player and painter. I am playing orks I I think I figured out how I like to paint the infantry quickly but keeping detail. I recently acquired a battlewagon and two trukks and I am totally lost as to how I should go about painting them so they don't look boring. I asking for any advice you might have for me, but I don't have a lot of money so ideally I wouldn't have to buy more paints. Thanks for taking the time to read this and respond!

I just sprayed mine black. Dry brushed metal parts. And painted other parts red. Much like the picture except simpler. Think more like the ones from the codex.

You can find more inspiration here as well.

You may want to find one you like, link it here, and we'll tell you how to paint it that way.
