Howdy Everyone,
So I have been a Dakka stalker for quite some time but this is my first post. I'm posting because I just finished a custom unit that I am super proud of and I wanted to share it. My Skaven army is all Skyre themed. Anything another can can do, Skyre can do better! I have a unit of plague mechanics (plague monks), Chem Throwers (plague censor barrers), and a Warped Powered Abomination Mech (HPA).
I now present the Clan Skyre Sky Runners (gutter runners). When you can go under or through, Clan Skyre sends the Sky Runners to go over!

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Thanks everyone ^..^ I'm glad you think its cool. It was fun to do but took quite some time to scratch build. I think this model is 6 months of off and on work. I know the photo quality is lacking. I'm hoping to get some HD images with better lighting done at some point.

Thanks for making decent looking guns for the older ham-fisted skaven models, had a couple of ideas that required them but hadn't seen a successful attempt. Thanks for the inspiration!
I have to say, you've captured the zany aspect of the skaven very well. Rocket-powered zip-lines, hilarious! The rat warning sign and barricades too. Super awesome unit.

So the pistols they are holding are made from Kroot rifles. Fitting them onto the old bulky hands is sometimes tough. If you look closely one of the Skaven is missing a thumb =P.
