I've been wanting to add a Primaris Psyker/ PBS to my collection for some time now (mostly because of the fluff and the conversion opportunities).
I decided that I wanted a dangerous, almost out of control-looking Psyker (Commissars beware), and started looking for a body that represents this. I found:

Now, for the whole dangerous-chained-slight psychotic look, I think the body of the Medusae fits to a t. I'm thinking khaki robes and Cadian green armour with the spikes filed off. And I'll keep the chains. The chains are good.

However, I'm looking for a head, and was wondering whether anyone has any ideas.
Preferably bald, screaming, and maybe with an Imperial Aquila (although I could probably use a transfer just as well) on his forehead. I tried Fantasy Flagellants, but none of them seem to fit the bill.

Any ideas/comments/criticisms would be greatly appreciated.

Bon Appetit monsieur spider, i suggest the 3rd head from the left because it doesn't have mutatiolns and only looks super drugged up.
But if you really want a batsh*t insane looking fella with chains, ork weirdboy it.

That's a great idea! Especially seeing as I was thinking of extending the Psyker's tongue and having it wrapped around someone's throat (Alien style). Thanks Novelist, that's really helpful. Also, the Weirdboy is sounding worryingly good as a IG Psyker. I think I need some sleep...
