Those are some bare bones characters. Imo if you're going ghoul king then you should give him some beefy equipment so he can be a monster in combat. Otherwise maybe a cheaper vamp hero could be more useful. Plus seeing that you're taking no zombies I'd suggest master of the dead for the necro so that your skeles will be a bit bigger as time goes on.

Not sure if 15 BK in one unit will be effective, now I may be getting my Deathstars mixed up but I think a BK deathstar usually involves a character palling around with them

I think you need to have a fleshed out army with appropriately upgraded characters and a stronger core before you think about that relatively ineffectual BK unit...

Thanks guys. Good points. Im branching out with BK. I sacraficed character points to fit them in. Im gonna cut back on the BK.

If you're commiting to the black knights in that much, you might as well take the bus. Mounted Vampire lord, Mounted Vampire BSB and Master Necro. With 11 knights

I think that unit would probably loose you most games you play in to be honest. It's generally not a good idea to make units like that in a VC army. Usually they don't earn back their points and if they do, unless you are very lucky, they will be dead...

Its 2505. 5 over. Drop the lance on vamp? Go for additional hand weapon?

Again, the reason the black knight bus works is because it has everything in it, your level 4 necromancer can't be hit, you have the two combat vamps in the front dealing damage and the rest of the list is chaff. If you are committing to the bus, you need to go for it completely.
