As in which do we prefer on Termies? What's the situation? For the most part, you can't really go wrong with TH/SS for a generalists perspective

I'd say go with a mix, against more numerous enemies, the lightning claws will help more
Against tougher enemies, you want the hammers.
In a squad of 5, i'd say go 3 TH/SS and 2 LC

Bedouin Dynasty: 10000 pts
The Silver Lances: 4000 pts
The Custodes Winter Watch 4000 pts

This is how I run mine. Almost always lead by a chaplain.

THSS. There isn't anything that LCs can handle that regular terminators armed with storm bolters and power fists can't. Plus, with tactical terminators, you even get access to better guns which makes them even better against infantry.

With storm shields, though, terminators become a very different kind of unit, what with being twice as durable against anti-terminator weapons.

Whether that's worth ditching a storm bolter and the ability to take assault cannons for is up to you.

While a mix can be good if you need the points, I agree with Ailaros.

All the things I can take on with LC's I can do with Tactical Termies and better.

I rock 2 TH/SS and 3 LCs lead by a Chappy. More than enough punishment to go around.
