I was looking at the GW site today and I noticed that DoomScythes and Nightscythes lost deepstrike in the new FAQ! I can understand why they did this, but how does everyone feel about it? I would like to hear from all sides.

Was the Necron one not updated with the rest of the February ones?

Yeah, they were updated when DFTS was released.

Before this change, Nemesor's ability to allow deepstrikers in reserve when an enemy unit arrives from reserve would allow all Necron flyers in reserve to be put on the table. Now they can't. This should be a relief to anyone who plays against them, but Necron players now have one less trick up their sleeve.

As a Necron player, I have mixed feelings about this. Balance wise it makes sense, but it usually sucks to loose something without gaining something. I was hoping for more issues to be addressed in the New FAQ, like how Oberon's ability to get extra attacks on misses against him works now, or RP and Everliving vs JWW, among other issues, but looks like we will have to wait and see.
