I have bought some tau from blocket, like ebay. I want to just get them painted so what do you think?

That's actually pretty cool, just base him something fitting. Like a forest, or woodlands. A desert would be cool, since you could make Stealthsuits brown with accents of green.

I agree with Deunstephe's suggestion to base the model in a desert setting. It would give some cool contrast with the green and supplement the tan suit of the model.

Agreed with the desert base but don't be afraid to add in some scruffy green grass
