Looking for some constructive criticism. I'm thinking of painting him gold or brass.
A little bit of extra information, this Mini is magnetized at the hips arms and head.
I have added a link to my gallery as well as some images.

Are inquisitors allowed the crux and aren't purity seals more of a marine thing?

If you use that right arm I think it'll detract from the rest of the model considering it's got a lot of details on it.

You'er probably correct on the right arm. I might replace the shoulder pad, though I need to make that call after i get the other shoulder pad and hammer attached. I'll keep the purity seals because of personal presence. As for the crux inquisitors can acquisition anything in the imperioum and almost all terminator armor has a crux somewhere.

Thanks for the feed back.

The crux terminatus is a specific honor bestowed on vet space marines. While a Inquisitor would have the ability to requisition such equipment, it would make much more since for them to remove it like they would any chapter/squad insigia armor may have. I'd shave it. Purity seals, however, are for any deserving imperial servant. It's plenty fluffy for a Inquisitor to be decked out in them.

I think it looks good, my main recommendations would be to lose the book hanging onto the psycannon. It looks like a slapped on afterthought. Also, one of those little skirt/tabbard things would probably tie in nicely with the cape.

Personally, I like the overly complex Grey Knights arm. I think it gives the 'festooned with a lifetime of accumulated wards and knickknacks' look I like in my Inquisitors (a la Eisenhorn on the cover of his own omnibus...) and gives the model some history.

I can also see the Crux Terminatus on an Inquisitor's armor. It immediately makes me assume that it was a gift from a Space Marine chapter (or something he borrowed and never returned) which also adds character to the Inquisitor.

I think one Space Marine is much like another, especially those in the same rank. They're like knights in that way, and while you can customize them to some extent, you hit a wall of believability at some point that makes the whole concept seem silly.

With an Inquisitor, the sky's the limit. Ravenor, Eisenhorn, Amberley Vail, Quixos, (and the list goes on!) all these Inquisitors have set the boundaries for representing one of their peers pretty wide. I think that Inquisitors should have an extremely personalized flair, and I think this guy is coming along phenomenally on that score.

If you're any good at freehanding at all, I think tiny little runes on the hem of the hood would look simply amazing. My only piece of advice when it comes to painting concerns the gun arm. At first, second, and third glance, I thought the arm looked Mega-man-ish and ridiculous, until I realized the gun was slung on the bottom of the arm. I think that visually it would be much more pleasing if in the final product the gun and the arm it's attached to are painted very different colors (to keep the eye from lumping them in together).

Still, no complaints with what you've done so far. Really liking this work! Where ever did you get the book haning (from his belt?) in the third picture? I really like it. If you hit up a model train shop, I have found HO scale towing chain there, and it's the finest chain I've ever found. If the book were dangling on actual chain, I think it would be epic! (Fair warning, it's a huge pain in the keister.)

Sadly I'm not very practiced in free-handing. If I could I totally would.

The books are found on of the Grey Knight Terminator sprue's, cant tell you which one though.
