Hey Dakka,

I'm really interested in reading the Graphic Novel Deff Skwadron, anyone know where/if I can pick up a copy outside of the BL website?

£15 just feels kinda pricey, that's all But if that's my only option, then hey-ho. Also, if anyone has a copy, I'd be very interested in picking it up

Thanks!

If only there were some sort of interconnected network of systems that linked various sources together that could be accessed by automated reference scripts... a "search engine", if you will... that would provide relevant results based on user input strings.

Alas.

Since the world has not yet entered this golden age, I'd check with local comic shops and the like, they may have sources for it or have a copy in a box in inventory somewhere. Or, shoot, ask around your FLGS, someone there might have a copy you can borrow for free. Maybe even try the local libraries? Some of those carry pop-culture periodicals and comics, too.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

Despite being engineered to mock me, this comment was genius I may have to put that in my signature.

I did Google it, not very thoroughly I must admit, but I've got access to a copy now, thanks

It was actually just a set-up for the additional bit. Whenever I'm looking for hard-to-find, out-of-print or other such gaming-related books, I first reach out to other gamers in my area. Some of us have been involved in RPG and related hobbies for 30+ years now, we're likely to have a copy of, say, the original Unearthed Arcana or Slaves to Darkness or Gamma-World rulebooks on a shelf somewhere. When it comes to comics? It's way easier to find someone who's a fan of a given character or title, and who is also a collector, and may have a "for reading" copy (not just a "might be worth a million bucks on ebay" copy) they can kick you.
