Starting to create my first 8th edition list and wondering what people think of:
1)
Sorceror Lord: Lore of Metal, Disc, MoT, Talisman of Preservation, Charmed Shield, Mask of EEE, Berserker Sword

Will be fighting dwarves, thinking that he takes out cannons / charges units in the rear. Will be aiming to keep him in combat as much as possible, casting augments and hexes

Using against Lizardmen, also getting close combat. Was also considering feedback scroll instead of the mask and DS. Anything obvious I'm missing? and do people reckon these tacts will work?

Not seeing the point of the mask. Terror and fear are way worse than they were in 7th, so if this is your first 8th list, just stay clear of them. Not sure if he needs the sword, either, as the disc itself can put out some damage. If he's just going war machine hunting the extra attacks are likely overkill.

Missing Third Eye of Tzeentch to give him the rerollable 1s on his 3+ ward saves.

Replace mask with Crown of Command. Then you can run him into flanks and tie up units that can't kill him while the rest of your army takes care of other things, and even if you do no wounds and are facing down 5 ranks with war banner, you're very likely not budging.

I wouldn't bother giving him any magic weapons as you don't want him in combat with anything that would require you to need it, and fly should be able to kepp you well away
