Has anyone use the above, or had any problems with them?

Heres the story, in early Dec I orderd the X-Wing minis game from them. All well and good, the order went through, I got an email from them confirming it etc. I then waited asuming it would come.

After 3 weeks and nothing (Alowing for the post over Christmas) I emailed them. Nothing

7 days later another email. Nothing.

7 days later another (more angry) email. Again no reply.

I then found a phone number for the building so phoned that. They said it was a c/o address and they would ask the company to call me.

7 Days later nothing so I sent an email threataning a charge back. Shock horror! A reply! Saying they would send it out.

7 Days later nothing, so emailed again saying that it had not arrived and to confirm that it had been sent. No reply so I started a charge back, filled out the paperwork and am now waiting on the bank.

I've bought a number of boardgames over the years and I've never had any problem with them.

Things can change, of course.

I believe they have a retail shop in north London.

X wing was in short supply/unavailable around Xmas

(so distributors were promising stock to shops/internet sellers that they never delivered)

so that may explain the initial problems

but I would have expected things should have been sorted by now

Killkrazy, thank you. It may be a one off, but given the lack of replies I doubt it.

Your correct that it was, which is why I gave them so many chances to put it right. It's such a shame when people don't reply to emails or take the chances they are offered to put things right. Between bad postal service (mostly not the post office, but other companies) and poor service from small Internet traders I'm being put right off, and its not just hobby stuff.

You must have bad luck.

edit - scratch that, wrong shop.. heh, good job I checked.

However I did order from Infinity about two years ago.. but was WOW CCG related, and although it was good then, that was a while back.
