This list is supposed to be competitive but still fun so i'd really like advice!

1850pts of Tzeentch daemons
HQ
Lord of Change with Mastery level 3 and Greater Reward = 275pts

Herald of Tzeentch with mastery level 3, exalted locus of conjuration and exalted reward = 150pts
Herald of Tzeentch with mastery level 3, exalted locus of conjuration = 120pts
Herald of Tzeentch with mastery level 3, exalted locus of conjuration = 120pts

TROOPS
20 pink horrors = 180pts
Iridescent horror = 5pts
Greater reward = 20pts
20 pink horrors = 180pts
Iridescent horror = 5pts
Greater reward = 20pts
20 pink horrors = 180pts
Iridescent horror = 5pts
Greater reward = 20pts

FAST ATTACK
8 Screamers of Tzeentch = 200pts

HEAVY SUPPORT
Soul grinder of Tzeentch with phlegm bombardment = 170pts
Burning Chariot of Tzeentch = 100pts
Burning Chariot of Tzeentch = 100pts

I think the tactics are obvious , heralds go with horrors,
lord of change hunts characters and flyers with mutating warp blade and vector strike,
I dont know what people think of the chariots but i love the model and the multiple shots and i think it fits the tzeentch theme more than 3 soul grinders.

I would really appreciate any advice!

Looks fun. I was thinking something along the same lines. Waiting to get another Bunring Chariot until FAQ. Heavy weapons are on Exalted Flamer. Can't fire and move.

Exalted Reward on the one herald, swapped for Portalglyph?

What about trying to get the points for another Herald on Disc to run with Screamers. I would put Portalglyph on that herald and try deploying near an objective. Plus Re-rolling to hit with a single Str 5 ap 1 attack seems like a good idea.

On the Lord of Change, Staff of Change seems a bit better. It doesn't create spawns, but brings the attacks of Loc to Str 8 Ap2.

Massachusetts

You have 4 psykers with mastery level 3. Are you going to be casting 12 psychic powers every turn? If so, have you thought about which powers you'll use, or how you will mitigate perils of the warp?

I don't know how many points you've spent to upgrade to mastery level 3, but you might consider saving those points and using them on another herald (with disc) for the screamers as the above poster said.

(Forgive me my ignorance of the demon codex as I haven't read it yet.)

But I really like this list.

the level 3 heralds take the divination primaris to give the units of pink horrors rerolls to hit and the remaining two warp charge points are used on the tzeentch primaris power giving each pink horror unit 7d6 twin linked shots at strength 6 ap4. also, yeah, you're rightabout the portalglyph and i couldnt think of what to swap out to get a herald on a disc, not sureabout the weapon on the LoC, spawn weapon is just too cool toi give up!!!
