Subject: old Washes vs new Glazes- are they the same?
I haven't tried the new glazes yet but I rely heavily on Gryphonne Sepia wash for my Chaos and Ork armies and am running out.
My question is do the new glazes behave like the old washes? Do they stain the same way and pool in certain areas to create natural shades in the same way?
I've tried some of the new bases in replacement of the old foundations and am sorely disappointed. They can't compete: in fact they don't even rank.
Thanks in advance.

No, the glazes are glazes, they don't pool the same way and are used more to tint than to shade. The new shades on the other hand are like the old washes.

Ah. A silly oversight on my part. We get very little stock in my area so I was uneducated on the subject. Apologies.
