There is a ton of articles on the internet about stripping plastic, however my issue is that i have an old detachment of finecast and forgeworld stuff that i want stripped - and as you have guessed, they have been made using super glue.
Can anyone recommend a decent method that won't strip the glue and damage the minis AND is available in UK for non-exorbitant prices?

Cheers!

Why not just re-glue everything once you're done stripping?

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

Everything that you will use to strip the models will weaken the superglue bond.

It is just the way it is.

As for recommendations, simple green or Dettol I believe are the way to go.

Always go a for a Dettol soak, followed by a Fairy Power Spray clean up to get rid of the last bits of paint and remove the Dettol smell. This will, as you say, weaken the superglue. Why can you not reglue though?

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.
