Im wondering if the spacewolf runic wespons still work if the character is in a transport. Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the silly anti-psyker bubble, isn't it. Considering I play GK and Daemons, I shouldn't help you at all

BRB p78 says that you use the hull of the transport when measuring to a unit embarked inside it. So the Runic bubble is still in effect...and since you're in a transport, that bubble got much larger.

So yes, the Runic effect still works, just measure using the hull of the transport.

But the rule in space wolves codex states that line of sight is needed, can you have line of sight for non shooting models? Or is it working in rhinos but not Razorbacks and land raiders?

If it requires line of sight and isn't a shooting attack or witchfire, it cannot be used.

So it wouldn't work while embarked.

Runic Weapons don't mention line of sight at all. Simply Psychic tests within range.

Quite right, but LOS isn't a requirement of Runic weapons, so will work fine in a transport.
