My wife has been collecting and painting Daemons for about a year now, and she's ready to give the new codex a try.
What I was hoping was that you guys might look at her current collection, give some suggestions on what kind of army to build from it, and where to go next in terms of buying new models?
She's more or less dead set against Soulgrinders because they are "Stupid looking" and "Expensive"

Heralds of Tzeentch are good on foot with big units of Pink Horrors. On Disc's they can join Screamers, which is cool.

The chariot's a neat thing that I haven't quite figured out. You can be lvl 2 and roll divination and change and maybe keep one of the change powers (24" range beam is nifty...) I'd be tempted to add a greater reward for a swanky weapon or something?

Portalglyph is cool with Pink Horrors because you get teeny tiny daemon units that have 2D6 S5 shots or one of the other powers from change. (assuming they get to generate a power when they spawn).

The Exalted Chariot of Slaanesh isn't so hot on it's own, as it's a tad squishy. I'd recommend a 40pt chariot (or two) to soak up some extra hits. Either that or take the fast attack version, it's super cool.

Having all 4 gods represented means a higher chance of hurting yourself with the Warp Storm table, might be worth an instrument or two to mitigate that.

Daemon Prince with a 10pt Staff of Change is cool, and two rolls on the greater table. mmmm +2S AP2 exploade guys... yummy. Two rolls on the greater table can net you +3 Armour, 4+ FNP, Re-roll saves, S8 AP1 Lance, etc... might be worth buying the dude wings. (145+Mark+40+50pts in rewards... you could snag a greater daemon and give them some rewards instead?)

I like the basic idea though. lots of models on the board at (what looks like) 1500pts

So..you Tzeentch Heraldshould be level 1. And you take divination with em and put them in Screamers.

One problem though( haven't found it the codex...but still
Demon Princes in CSM codex if they are Tzeentch they have to roll on a power from Tzeentch powers. Herald of Tzeentch from Chaos D. codex are the same? or can I have mastery level one and just take divination

You can just roll Divination. Up to half of a model's powers can be from their god's table, but none have to be.

Eldar shenanigans are the best shenanigans!
