Okay, so I'm testing out an idea I have with my BA list, but I'm not that experienced of a player, and I hope that this list can help me get some wins.

What I'm thinking about is dropping the Whirlwind and moving some points around to get a Death Company Dreadnought, and using a Drop Pod to throw him in the enemies face, not to sure though. I have some other ideas too but I want to know what you guys think before I make any decisions.

Not everyone agrees with my philosophy about the BA, but here's my advice.

First thing: never transport anything in the Stormraven. I know it sucks, but there are two reasons: getting shot down in the thing and having to reserve everything in it.

That being said, this list might benefit a lot from triple drop pod action. Drop in a fragnought (furioso with frag cannon/heavy flamer), DC with boltguns, and a regular tactical squad with plasma gun/combi plasma. That way, you have some choices on turn 1.

You don't need heavy armor on any of your vehicles.

Give the above mentioned drop pods locator beacons and teleport in the terminators, and use a heavy flamer.

Keep the whirlwind. Ignoring cover is nice.
