For the Most part this army will be facing Imperial Guard and Chaos Space Marines so it needs to be able to beat a variety of different strength enemy models.

HQ (210)
- Big Mek w/ Kustom Force Field
- Warboss w/ Mega Armour, Cybork Body, Attack Squig

Troops (987)
- 6x Nobz w/ 5x Big Choppa, Boss Pole, Waaagh Banner, Painboy, 6x Cybork Body
- 19x Shoota Boyz w/ Nob, Power Klaw, Boss Pole
- 12x Slugga Boyz w/ Nob, Power Klaw, Boss Pole, Trukk w/ Reinforced Ram
- 12x Slugga Boyz w/ Nob, Power Klaw, Boss Pole, Trukk w/ Reinforced Ram
- 12x Slugga Boyz w/ Nob, Power Klaw, Boss Pole, Trukk w/ Reinforced Ram
- 12x Slugga Boyz w/ Nob, Power Klaw, Boss Pole, Trukk w/ Reinforced Ram

Fast Attack (565)
- Dakkajet w/ 3x Twin-Linked Supa-Shoota\
- Dakkajet w/ 3x Twin-Linked Supa-Shoota
- 20x Stormboyz w/ Boss Zagstruk

Heavy Support (230)
- Battlewagon w/ Deffrolla, Big Shoota
- Battlewagon w/ Deffrolla, Big Shoota

The battle plan is relativity simple, the Warboss and Nobz are in one Battlewagon while the Big Mek and Shoota Boyz are in the other Battlewagon.
The Battlewagons and Trukks will move up the board and the Stormboyz and Dakkajets will deep strike as soon as the rolls allow them.

Tell me what you think, I am looking for any advise or opinions you may have, I am new to Warhammer 40k so I am in no way an expert.

Thanks I had considered filling a third Battlewagon with Mega Nobz instead of going with Stormboyz and Dakkajets, but I felt the power to deep strike was of more strategic importance.

You could take 9-10 warbikes with a Nob and PK instead of that stormboyz mob, and they would probably draw the fire away from your WB and Nobz unit too.
Personally I love bikes so that is my suggestion, I haven't got time to get the math hammer out and calculate which unit would actually be better.

Lol Meganobz in a BW is or a battewagon full of burner boyz are the other two options I was thinking..but I like storm boyz ...just not sure exactly how well they are going to work with 6th yet ..

I'm not convinced that small groups of Boyz will ever be a viable option again. Sadly, I just don't think that the leadership is there.
Small arms fire can easily run every unit of boyz you have off the table.
I'd go big units of boyz. Nothing less than 20.

I would like to go with the larger groups of boyz, in fact my first list was a green tide but the Imperial Guard player I will be going against most of the time loves artillery, and I can not risk to foot slog I will be shot down with out a thought.
I thought thew Styormboyz might be able to deep strike and take out some of the artillery units behind his lines. He loves Chimeras and the aegis defense line as well.
