I know exactly what list my opponent will be taking, he always brags about how he can beat me, and how grey knights are superior in every way. Played him a couple times, won a few lost a few. But with the new codex, i think i can take a much stronger list.

First let me run over what i know he will be running...

Crowe/Coteaz
Bunches of Strike squads with maxed psycannons
Bunches of Purifiers with maxed Psycannons
One to Two Dreadknights...
Storm Raven with Mindstrike Missiles and a Purifier squad in there.

Always runs the same cut-throat list. Never changing...

Here's the setup I'm running:
All of his stuff has 24" range. That means that if i take fast units, he's going to have one turn of shooting before i jump on him. I will take advantage of that.

I'm running a nurgle soulgrinder behind an aegis to deal massive amounts of damage with his AP3 pieplate. A bare Tzeentch herald there to give him prescience because i really need this to hit and do as much damage as possible.

Allying with CSM for three reasons:
Heldrake
cheap backfield scoring
BS5 to man the Icarus

He knows i'm bringing the heldrake, and he's seen firsthand what it can do. So he will target his stormraven at it the turn it comes in. But that's where the aegis comes in: Icarus hitting 5/6 of the time will make him think about jinking and not doing much damage to the helturkey.

Then i have the backfield scoring units to keep out of his range. If he tries to threaten them with any deepstriking squads, i have the burning brand of skalathrax equipped on my lord in case he tries anything funny.

Then i have the masque, to deny overwatch to him and make me strike first.

Then i have bloodletters, daemonettes, flesh hounds, and seekers for the real big hitters.

Here's the list:
HQ
The Masque 75
Herald of Khorne 150
Lesser Reward, Greater Reward, Greater Locus of Fury, Juggernaut of Khorne
Herald of Tzeentch 45
Herald of Slaanesh 120
Exalted Locus of Beguilement, Steed of Slaanesh, Exalted Reward
Troops
Daemonettes (20) 180
Bloodletters (20) 220
Banner of Blood
Fast Attack
Flesh Hounds of Khorne (15) 240
Seekers of Slaanesh (15) 250
Rapturous standard
Heavy Support
Soul Grinder 180
Daemon of Nurgle, Phlegm Bombardment
Skull Cannon of Khorne 125
Fortification
Aegis Defense Line 85
Icarus Lascannon
Allies
HQ

Chaos Lord 100
Burning Brand of Skalathrax, Veterans of the Long War
Troops
Chaos Cultists (10) 50
Chaos Cultists (10) 50
Fast Attack
Heldrake 170
Baleflamer

The herald of Khorne will be the warlord. The herald of slaanesh will have the GoTN, Other than that, my plan is to wait until turn two when the helturkey comes in to actually advance up the field. Shoot the soulgrinder, skullcannon, and heldrake for support, charge with 80+ wounds that are potent.

Any Advice?

you cited taking CSM for a BS 5 for the cannon, then proceeded to give the Chaos HQ a ranged weapon of his own? A herald of Nurgle and small plaguebearer group is plenty behind the aegis for the cannon. Herald is BS 5 and cheaper than any Chaos Marine HQ. Swap the Tzeentch herald that seems to be all by his onesie for the nurgle herald.

If you're going to take a herald of khorne on a juggernaut that's worth 150 points, why not take skulltaker on a juggernaut for 145 and get WS9, I9 and Adamantium will? Toss him with the flesh hounds and Deny the witch on a 3+

Is a 370 point heldrake worth it? Take a bloodthirster with a greater reward and another small troop choice, as you seem to be light on them. Cultists flat don't count as they're fragile and not fearless.

I like the use of the Exalted Locus, keep them behind the hounds or cover so she doesn't get shot back to the warp and I'm sure she'll work wonders for you.

Wouldn't that cause the flesh hounds to lose the scout rule? I thought this was one that required all the models to have in order to use. Don't quote me on that though.... I have been wrong in the past... many, many times

drop the herald of Tzeentch and get a nurgle herald to use the lascannon behind the fort. He's got a 2+ cover save and BS 5.

Well, considering if the heldrake doesn't die on the first turn, he will definitely be worth the 300+ point tax that i got him for because grey knights are ultra expensive 3+ armour save dudes, which the heldrake does wonders against. If I manage to kill out his stormraven with the icarus, I'm free to wreak havoc upon other squads without being pestered.

And the herald of khorne actually doesn't cause them to lose the scout rule, which i may or may not be using, as i plan for a second turn all out strike.

I also think the cultists are fine, as he will not be targeting them in the slightest. If he does, then either i have done something horribly wrong or he has. They might not be fearless, but they can benefit from the aegis as much as plaguebearers can.

I'd say drop the 2nd squad of cultists and beef up your lord to defend the back. Also the herald could be better than skulltaker if facing sv2+ chars, which the GKs have plenty.
Actually you could pay termie armor to the lord with those 2nd cultists and put him in front, whenever an AP 2 shot comes just LOS, when anything else you can save with his 2+
