This may have been answered elsewhere, but a Google search did not bring up a definitive answer (read both actually). If I interceptor fire at a flyer with a unit's Aspiring Champion can I then fire the rest of the unit at a separate target during my shooting phase? I'm referring to an Autocannon Havoc squad here and I'd like the option of firing my Autocannons at a separate unit if the Quad Gun did not put enough Hull Points on it to justify sky firing, or killed the flyer outright.

I know the rule states that the weapon cannot be fired again, and the model can shoot a different weapon if it has one, but I am just confirming that it can be done on a separate unit as the entire unit has to fire at the same target as the Quad Gun if done during the shooting phase as normal.

Yes. You are only restricted to firing at the same unit during the shooting phase.
