Long time reader of the forums and viewer of the galleries, started back into the hobby again after a many year hiatus and figured I would make an attempt to contribute to the community that helped drag me back in to this beloved hobby.

Little background: I started playing in the days of Rogue Trader up through third edition, back before Squats were summarily removed from the universe and speculation as to which planet housed the Warhammer Fantasy world and what Chapter Sigmar was originally supposed to herald before that was squashed from fluff. Basically I've been around for a while.

Started with Warhammer 40k, and my army of choice through the years has always been Dark Angels, though I tend to collect, model and paint many characters from other armies, just for painting variety. In Warhammer (Fantasy) I was a Bretonnian player for a while before giving up that game due to lack of other players locally. Necromunda Gang of choice is Delaque, Mordheim is Witch Hunters, Blood Bowl teams are Amazon, Norse and regular old Humans, and I still have an original Space Hulk set MIB somewhere.

I have a lot of old models I will likely be updating / re-sculpting to bring to the current day game table. I don't like the old sticker banners and even the plastic ones are a bit weird for me, so instead I make / commission chain maille banners like this one on my old Dread


or the WIP on my old Warhound Titan
