The Game Castle in Londonderry NH will be holding a Feast of Blades qualifier. Here are some of the details:

Feast of Blades Qualifier at the Game Castle:
When: August 10th, 2013
Time: Store Opens at 10am, First Round Begins at 11am. Please show up at least thirty minutes prior to the first round to get settled in.

Painting: This Qualifier requires to you have fully painted armies as it factors into your scoring. On the lunch break after the first round your armies will be judged for painting. Refer to the painting rubric on the Feast of Blades website for any details.

Pre-Register: $35 until June 20th. After June Deadline: $45
Limited to 32 Players, however can be put on waiting list once fills up.
Army Lists must be submitted no later than July 27th. This Includes waiting list individuals.

I'm a bit biased here, but this is a really great amount if prize support! Especially for 1st!!!

Those are pretty impressive sums. Hopefully everyone keeps it sportsmanlike.

The Game Castle has now added an 1850 "Road to Feast of Blades" league, using the 2012 missions (or the new ones, as soon as FoB publishes them), and leading up to this pretty epic-sounding tournament. Te league started this last Saturday, and the finals are scheduled for June 15th.

Best Commander (store credit plus free entry to the Aug 10 FoB Qualifier)
Master of Painting + Conversions (store credit prize), based on the FoB painting rubric, which is available on their website and in the store.
Exemplar of Sportsmanship (store credit prize) decided by player votes, ties broken by staff.

This is a fixed-list league, but you're allowed to change your list once before your 4th game.
