As above. No die can be re-rolled more than once, so technically you roll all the saves them immediately pick them up and re-roll all of them. Mathematically this is the same thing as just rolling them all once with no re-rolls at all, so it's worth discussing with your opponent so you can agree whether to just roll once to save time.
