You don't need 'eavy armour on da boss if he has a bike.

You don't need 3 PK's in a group of 7 Bikers, drop down to 1-2. Also you need 1 less Big choppa because the Painboy has his own weapon loadout.

Meganobz in a Trukk aren't going anywhere, any casual player will atleast stop the trukk moving and then the Meganobz will probably take 3-4 turns to slog across the table and do anything.

You want PKs for your Nobz that are chilling with your shoota boys, and don't really need the 'eavy armour for them either. I'd also throw in some Big shootas.

Love dakkajets, if you could try and squeeze another one in that would be awesome.

I love my MegaNobz in a trukk, though I run 5-6 Nobz and just RPJ. 13" closer to my enemy saves me 1-2 rounds of movement. If you want to give it a cover save, run the Bikes infront of it (like an escourt) and you might last a round longer.

I think 3-4 PKs in your bike squad is fine, just run your choppers to the front. To be honest, I feel Big Choppers are so damn worthless I wouldn't even have them and would just take the Slugga and Choppa to at least get the +1 attack for having two CC weapons.

I will say this... normally dropping Heavy armor on the Bikers makes sense... I use to run the same way. Then I got stuck in with a couple of BA DC and they beat me to death with normal CCWs because 4+ Cover doesn't work in melee and 5++ didn't save me against 3-4 attacks per guy. Ever since then, I run Heavy Armor on my bikers just to help protect me from the riff-raft.

You want PKs for your Nobz that are chilling with your shoota boys, and don't really need the 'eavy armour for them either. I'd also throw in some Big shootas.

This I will agree with, though I do see you have PKs on them. The Heavy armor is only a few points, so no biggie IMO, but I do think you should have some big shootas. Dropping the Big Choppas can at least get you 2 Big Shootas in each mob.

I do not know how effective Deffkoptas are now, as I never used them, even in 5th. I take it you have two mobs, one at 2 and the other at 3 or are they 1 big mob? Maybe getting a second Dakkajet and getting a few more Meganobz will work out better. You can always run a single mob of 1-2 if you really want them. Are you using them because you like them or because you have them?

    Hope this helps...good luck!

Thanks to both of you for your comments. The PK on the Boyz Nobz were already present. I've heard some good stories about a minsized Meganobz unit in a Trukk, so I want to give it a try. It's yet another threat the opponent has to deal with. A second DakkaJet is high on the wishlist, but I promised the missus to first get the rest painted BikTom's suggestion about the Big Choppas is something I'd like to give some thought.
