Sorry I play against a player that loves deathstar units and now has dark angles what is the go too DA death star?

I wanted something fluffy and hard to kill.

The other person I play still plays razor spam with 2x5 man long fang unit.

I vary much am looking for an all comers list and am hoping for feedback on what areas I might have issues with against these two or anyone else that shows up.

What powers are you going for on the Sorc? Going Mastery 2 is kinda...different, as most go 1 or 3. Remember you have to have a power from the Nurgle list, then you can roll on other lists that are open to you.

Spell Familure is kind of a dog, use the points for it to give your Sorc Melta Bombs so all of your infantry has one.

I take it your DSing your Lord and Terminators... I expected them to be more shooty, like combi-plasma/melta on every guy. If you want to counter a Death Star, a hail of plasma/melta can do the job... if you drop in range.

I am not sure there is much advice folk can give. List looks pretty solid for the most part, though I would rather have 2 Preds with LC Sponsons over the Oblits... both will die in a hail of LC fire, but the Pred is firing every turn 2 AC shots and 2 LC shots (if not moving). What the Oblits give you is another DSing unit and more flexibility... though I hate the rule that they can not fire the same weapon two turns in a row because it /really/ limits them IMO. That is just not consistant enough firepower.

If you do go to Preds (which would be 115pts to 140pts if you go all LC) you can use that points to tweak out your Terminators and maybe give your champs better CCWs for a few select squads that might see CC and thus Challenges.

Thank you vary much

I will drop the reapers for some combi

The sorcerer is going to use all nurgle powers. And to tell you the truth I am just checking out how I like the psychic powers of nurgle. If I drop the familiar and the reapers I should be able to get the combi weapons for the terminator and the melta bombs for sorcerer

Thanks again

No problem, glad I can help.

To be honest, I really like the Nurgle Debuff power and if you can get it (33% chance) and get 2 rolls on the Biomancy list and get thier debuff (again, another 33% with 2 rolls) they will stack.

I like the Biomancy enough where I would be tempted to put your Sorc in Terminator armor as well and drop him with the Lord. And at Mastery 3, your casting 3 powers a turn. If you get a power you don't like, keep that Warp charge for your Force Weapon or ditch it for the Primus power.

Good luck!
