Q:Can psychic powers be mixed and matched from the
psychic disciplines and those found in the Codexes? (p418)
A: No. You may select from the psychic powers listed in the
Codex as normal or swap them for a number of rolls on
the psychic disciplines tables.

Does this mean you have to swap all codex powers with the ones in the rulebook? Say your Tervigon has Dominion and you bought Onslaught and Catalyst. So, you want Biomacy, you have to exchange all three powers, correct?

What if you have 2 Tervigons with codex powers Dominion, Onslaught, and Catalyst. Can you pick rulebook powers on one Tervigon and keep codex powers on the other? Or if you go with rulebook powers, does the whole army has to get rulebook powers?

Exactly right. Each model has to choose to swap ALL of his codex powers for rulebook powers or not. The decision is for each psyker.

To be clear this does mean that you can have 2 tervigons one with codex powers and the other with rulebook powers.

If a Psyker is going to take BRB powers, he swaps all his powers for ones from the rulebook.

But his choice has no effect on other psykers. And he can take powers from multiple disciplines.

You could take 2 Biomancy powers and 1 from Telepathy.
