I'm not really up to date with the other FAQs, but these changes are errata mostly, not FAQ rulings. Not any new ones, as the Rulebook one is just a translation of the part that the Stormtalon is available only to C:SM. The IG one has .errata regarding Valkyries.

Changes for Daemons in the German FAQ:
-Tzeentch Daemons may reroll al saves of 1, not only invuls.
-change the unit type of Plague drones to Cavalry with jetpack(the ones that Crisis suits have, not sure if this is the correct english term)
- correction of the Corpulence reward to +1 W and IwnD
- clarification that Icons only give +1 to cobat resolution and don't stack
The rulebook change was that misfortune makes you reroll all saves, not only armor saves.
The other changes are all removal of deep strike for flyers and instructions on the Storm Eagle.
