Ok, so my only question is,

Are the rules, point cost, ect., ect. for the Nightwing, Firestorm, Vampire, ect, the same in IA 11 as in IA Aeronautica? I'm not asking for details I just need a yes or no. The ONLY reason I ask is because I don't want to spend $100 on 2 books when I can save $30. Thanks!!!

Just get the IA aeronautica, then. It supercedes the IA11 entries anyway.
