Hey guys, I know I've been tossing up a lot of lists recently...I'm just trying to get some thoughts and opinions on some of my ideas when making the best possible all comers list. Thanks for the replies and helping me out.
HQ: (with this list I'm really in the air with the Hq choices. I may want one KFF mech and a warphead, or two warpheads to run with the shoota boyz... If that's the case, I will drop the aegis line and get a massive unit of grots and have a grot screen to give cover to the boyz)
KFF Mek
KFF Mek
Troops: (I left out the power klaws because I added in the mega nobz for av 14 and tougher targets. I may make all the sluggas shootas)
30x sluggas
30x sluggas
30x shootas
30x shootas
Elite: (time to tank hunt)
3x Mega Nobz
-Truk dedicated transport
3x Mega Nobz
-Truk dedicated transport
3x Mega Nobz
-Truk dedicated transport
Fast Attack: (self explanatory. Dakka jets work really well for me with infantry and light vehicles... Check)
Dakka Jet
-extra suppa shoota
-ace
Dakka Jet
-extra suppa shoota
-ace
Dakka Jet
-extra suppa shoota
-ace
Heavy: (medium vehicles and my first blood go getters. For the points, you can't get better ork dakka)
3x Grot Kannons
-6 krew
3x Grot Kannons
-6 krew
3x Grot Kannons
-6 krew
Fortifications: (I really want all three dakka jets coming in at the same time... Waaaagggghhhh with three jets is amazing.)
Aegis Defense Line
-comms relay
Total: 1995
So I feel like with this list I have a lot of great things going on. The More I think about it the more I'm liking all shoota boyz behind a grot wall... That way it will free my HQ slots up for two warpheads. I feel like I have a way of dealing with almost anything which is what I'm aiming for. Fliers may still give me problems, but if I REALLY need to bring something down, three dakka jets can and will do it. So what do you guys think? Thanks again in advance.

I feel like your trukks are pretty bad targets, but it is certainly possible for you to hide given the right amount of terrain. 3-nob Meganob mobs are also pretty soft targets at 2000pts.
You already have a load of shooting, why not go all the way with that? It seems to me the meganobs units really do not fit in with the rest of the list. Lootas, probably, or even Tankbustas, or just Rokkits on all the boyz mobs. Just some ideas.
And definitely replace the Sluggas with Shootas. Your list as "defensive" as ork lists come, no use in such a big, slow, unweildy combat unit that would just be sitting around all game unless your opponent came to you. Shootas just have superior utility all around, and especially with the rest of the list.
Think about keeping 1 KFF mek so you can afford to advance with a couple mobs. All the Waaagh! potential with the warpheads seems cool but the dakkajets are super vulnerable units in reality, so you don't want to lean on them too much.
Otherwise, as I don't have any serious inclination towards footsloggers, I'm not sure what to suggest.

The main thing I see is 3 trukks at 2000pts. I would be surprised if they got within range of any tanks to hunt. Those units look like 450 odd points that would probably not be able to do much. I would be tempted to loose all of them and take a PK nob in each unit since with out it, it severely limits their targets. The 2 KFF meks will have quite limited coverage due to the shear number of boys you've got, so the ones without cover will just get shot first I'd imagine. So with that the 2 warpheads would work well, take them with a unit of sluggas the hope for 'ere we go. If you want could take a unit of meganobs still and hope for the same thing.

I might be wrong but the KFF affects allunits within 6" so with some clever placement and exploiting the 2" unit coherency you could keep all of your Boys in there if you keep the Mek in the middle and have the group 1 in front in a kind of reverse triangle and to either side.

Yeah it's actually not hard at all to get 4 mobs within KFF range, even with just a single mek.

Thanks so much for the replies.
Here are my concerns. I could easily drop the mega nobz and the trucks and toss in a ton of lootas and have one hell of an ork gun line... But then I can't deal with AV14. While the power klaws in the units are great, one in every squad isn't going to do it... Especially if their shoota squads and I'm playing them midfield or back. I'm kind of at a loss. Slamming rockets won't tear open land raiders either. Granted you don't see a ton of av14, but it's still def around. I'm truly at a loss. I never rand tank bustas but aren't they fairly expensive? I mean I could give them a go... Would I out them in a truck?
Also, yeah the KFF covers everyone in the squad as long as is touching one boy from that squad.... I'm used to covering 180 boyz with two meks... 120 is no problem at all Automatically Appended Next Post: Quick thought. What would you say to some nob bikerz? Fast, dakka dakka, dead Killy, and can rock tanks if need be. I could roll around with one fairly large unit of them.

In 6th eddition not very good for troops being in a truck when the truck explode, specially if only 6+ armor save. Trucks might be used for cover saves and help with target selection. For 15 points each tunk busta with some smart covering you can let them walk.

If your overly concerned then Swap the the kannonz to zzapp gunz. ..and add in some ammo runtz...and just slagg the AV -14 off the map
Scrap the 3 Groups of Meganobz in trukks
for As Many lootas as you have pointz for (2 Groups of 10 should do a thrid group if you have the points and models)
alternatly swap the dakkajets out for blitza bommers..and voila plenty of anti AV -14 (rember the bomms from the blitza are Melta EQ)..
as for bosses lose the KFF's and use Warpheads in the slugga groups .. alternatly go with one slugga group with a warphead and one Mek, Shokk
with a Zzapp gun group)

1. I would never in a million years consider walking tankbustas. Battlewagon or bust for that unit, really. Without a transport Glory Hogs is very exploitable, and you need said transport to be durable, not trukkish.
2. In 6th, Trukks are actually the best transport in the game when it comes to exploding because of Ramshackle. Trukk explosions happen at 1 Strength less than every other explosion in the game.
3. Zzap guns sound great but the random strength makes them a problem against vehicles, especially AV14. You just never know if you're going to have enough to do the job.
Kannons themselves are better rokkits than rokkits, and they're your most reliable anti-tank weapon. Only AV14 is a problem for them. For that, you've got only 3 real options: Wyrdboys for Zzap (unreliable), Assault (Klaws and walkers), and Deffrollas.
Bikernobs are good but very expensive and I wouldn't really be that interested in them unless they were scoring, personally. And sending them out on their own is a bit risky as well. You might consider dropping 1 Mek, the Meganobs, and the Sluggas mob for some 10 Lootas, a Bikerboss, and some scoring bikernobs, and see how that plays out for you. Honestly you could even afford to drop 2 mobs of boyz, but you're looking at a serious change in army composition here so I don't know what you're up for.
dropping 60 boyz, a mek, and the meganobs gives you ~885pts to play with. A Bikerboss runs for 135; set aside 450 for bikernobs, and you'll have 300 left for 20 Lootas.
20 lootas, 3 dakkajets, and 9 kannons is very serious firepower, and the mek with 60 boyz is a good durable horde to send up the center for opbjectives (or hold back for the same purpose). You do this right, you can probably shove the bikernobs down your opponent's throat very aggressively.
