I guess its ground in the sense there are no fliers...
Running through it;
Warboss - if you're taking him on a bike, there's not much point in taking a big choppa so take a
pk. Otherwise its like boosting up and hitting something with a double handed banana.
Zagstruk - he's (like orks have a gender...) a replacement for the stormboys nob, not an accompaniment.
Mek/lootas - I assume you intend to run them as support for the kans. Few things, the kans already have grot riggers (get onto that later), so kinda makes the meks a bit redundant. Then for hoping to repair hull points or something... kans tend to just die instantly so their probably wont be many chances to repair them. Finally, although for a very different role, lootas are infinitely better at their role than what the meks are. (

so take lootas)
Trukk units - yeah good
Foot blobs - you probably want to take
pks again over the bosspole. Yeah you might die in a challenge but hey, you'll be attacking last 9/10 anyway and it opens so many opportunities.
Kans - a little bit of redundancy is helpful here as they are by far the most fragile walker around, but good choice on the rokkits (or Kustom mega blastas if you want the ap2). Grot riggers aren't so useful, as you repair on a 4+ in the shooting phase. So you still loose a movement, not so cool in my book.
Overall I'd say this, build up your loota fire base, maybe by dropping one of the foot blobs. Then take the other 2 blobs as shoota boys to form mobile shooting bases. Shootas work a lot better on foot than what sluggas do. But keep the sluggas in the trukks since they'll close in fast.
And I really want to get my hands on some Assault 8 dakkaguns...
