Is there a hobby shop in San Gabriel or Monterey Park area? I know there is a Game Workshop in Duarte but it is too far.

Not terribly sure, but if Pasadena isn't too far of a trek I highly recommend Game Empire in Pasadena. It's off Colorado Blvd. and Allen Ave. near PCC. Best of luck!
