You'll probably want a plastic heavy kit. The mauler and bomber are both good in general and the blitzer has his own niche uses. If you get magnets you can have all three options -at least two.

I started troll last year.

The box is the only one with no heavy in it (in both warmachine and hordes) so I agree that a heavy is definitely the first choice.

A unit of champs and a fell caller would be next so you can brick up and start to learn how to use units and solos.
