Two things I am not sold on.

Seraphims excel at taking down light and heavy infantry not in close combat, but due to being able to dish out so many wounds your opponent will fail saves by the boat load. Hand flamers on them are pretty much a must have. The pistrol girls are basically ablative wounds for Celestine and the flamers wielding girls.

As for the sister manning the quad gun on top of the bastion... You might find it really hard to get 10 sisters to fit up there and it's going to be the perfect bait for any template weapons. If you're dead set on pure sisters, I think a bastion gun is one of the rare occasion where a canoness with command squad can come in handy. You can fit and spread them a bit, you have feel no point and some abblative wounds for the canoness and it will be barely more expensive than your 10 sisters.

Seraphim hand flamers is too expensive. I have plenty of combi-flamers and heavy flamers elsewhere.

And yes, the Serpahim's rule in my list serves as meat shields for Saint Celestine.

I can easily fit 10 Battle Sisters just fine.

I don't see the point in fielding a Canoness with command squad. Points is better spent elsewhere.

Saint Celestine is a much better Warlord.

Looks good. I would love to know how it works out for you.

A couple things though. If you're going to go Power Axe/meltabomb, just cop the extra points for the Eviscerator (imo) or leave her with just melta. Most of the time she's just going to eat a challenge for Celestine anyways. I know you don't like hand flamers for the Seras, but with Celestine and their faith act they roast the crap out of anything.

With Doms. If you're going to do 5, get an Immo.

As for your BSS. That is a ton of BSS. Even for 2k. I'm also not sold on Heavy Flamers (20 points???) but that may be what you are stuck with/enjoy so go with it. I would go with a max of 3 mobile, 1 immobile for the bastion and get the bastion one a multimelta. Otherwise you have too much of your army that isn't killing things.

With the points? Yikes, here's the hard part. Fill the rest with Jacobus or Kyrinov (Kyrinov could give the Rets inside the bastion a free Simulacrum, some ablative wounds and a return of points not to mention making the Bastion a huge bastion of fearlessness.

Maybe fill the rest with either bigger Dominion squads (2x 10 girls with 2 melta, 2 flamer in Rhino would be awesome).

So something like this:

Celestine - 115
Kyrinov - 90
10 Seraphims, Eviscerator, 2xHF - 220
10 Dominions, 2 Meltaguns, 2 Flamers, Rhino (Search) - 201
5 Dominions, 2 Flamers, Combi Flamer or 2 melta, Immo - 156

10 Battle Sisters, Combi-Flamer, Meltagun, Heavy Flamer, Rhino (Search) - 201
10 Battle Sisters, Combi-Flamer, Meltagun, Heavy Flamer, Rhino (Search) - 201
10 Battle Sisters, Combi-Flamer, Meltagun, Heavy Flamer, Rhino (Search) - 201
10 Battle Sisters, Multi-melta - 135

Hand flamers to me are a auto include for Seraphim. Your plan is to have Celestine with them. thats 5 flamer templates with rerolls to wound, i like shooting/flaming, going into combat, staying in combat till the end of your opponents combat phase, then use hit and run with celestines initiative, then reflame/shoot again.
