I like the con/incubi build, but it needs some tweaks. Drop the blast pistol from the archon, that squad should not be going after armor. Add in a phantasm grenade launcher for assault and defensive grenades for the squad. The klaivex might be overkill, onslaught is sufficient unless you routinely see IC's. Great for challenges.
All of your ships can lose the flickerfields, jink will give you the same save against most things. Unless you see hellturkeys left and right, jink is sufficent. Add night shields to any shooty boat. Aethersails for assault boats. I am also of the opinion that dark lances are too valuable to give up. Dissies are not needed when you have incubi to kill terminators. Dark lances threaten armor, and are still useful against terminators and such.
The trueborn squad should either be 3 dudes with blasters, or 3 dudes with 2 dark lances and 1 derp. The loadout you have now is way overkill. 4 blasters is also acceptable.
All venoms should have 2 splinter cannons.
The scourges should have 4 special weapons if your going 10 strong. Consider 2 squads of 5, and drop the solitare. If your running the duke, consider reavers. These are fan freaking tastic, and cost the same.
The chronos is built right, but too slow to keep up(has nobody to give pain tokens to. Would be fine out of a portal, but is just going to die in your current list.
