My wife is wanting to play CoC when it comes out but she has never played either Warmahordes. I am putting together a 15 point Circle army for my wife to learn how Hordes plays and she was going to use my 15 point Cygnar to learn Warmachine. The Cygnar army is not an issue as I have a great 15 point force to learn on but I am kind of lost for Circle.
Here is the 15 point Circle list I bought for her. Is this a good list to learn on?
Kaya the Wildborn (+6 WBP)
-- Argus x2 (8 Pts)
-- Gorax (4 Pts)
-- Feral Warpwolf (9 pts)

Yeah I kind of figured it wasn't the most competive list. But I am glad you agree that it is a good learning list. I wanted to have a good mix of rules in the list so she can experence alot amd understand it before delving into the CoC when they come out. Hopefully she will not be shocked like I was when I first played against a Hordes army with my Khador.
Thank you.

If you have a lord of the feast around or some 4 point infantry, it might not be a bad idea to swap them in for an argus. Learning how they work, even if it is only a little different, will help.

I will see if i can did some up. Will have to see what infantry they have at that point value hit ebay. I was going to work in my Gatormen Posse as infantry as we grew to 25 points but I agree a small unit at 15 would work well.

Well, even a solo gets the idea across. When I try to explain WM/H to people, I often start with how infantry work, then explain "Casters and Warnouns are just like that, only they can use Focus/Fury to boost or get additional attacks, or get effects that are like orders (charge, run)." The additive approach seems to work well for some.
