So did they intend this thing to be useless? Or think its gonna get Faq'd?

Exalted flamer should of been relentless IMO.

If it does get faq'd I like it. I like this guy having a +1 Ap2 weapon making drive by attacks, dropping an ap3 flamer and then d6 chariot charge slam attacks. Oh and then 4 str 5 ap2, ws 4 attacks.

If it doesnt get faq'd, i guess i just painted 2 models for nothing...

Thoughts? I mean did GW really intend it to have a heavy 1 flamer...

I would like to say I am confident GW will FAQ to be useful, but, well...this isn't the first time they've released new models with crap rules (looking at you, Mutilators and Warp Talons)

It'll get FAQ's eventually, hopefully along with the Warpflame +1 to FNP stuff too.

I agree with them FAQ-ing it soon but the +1 FNP is staying, all you have to do is focus fire, each squad can only make 1 check per turn so don't kill 10 marines in 3 squads when you should be killing 10 in one squad to deny FNP
