This is my third league match against John and his Necrons. I played with a Green tide list while he had a more Hero Hammer Necron List. The deployment was Vanguard Strike and the Mission was the Scouring. My list had a lot of boyz , one unit of Lootas, some Dakka jets and some Kommandos thrown in for fun. The list exactly was
Warboss Grimdakka with ‘Eavy Armour ,Cybork Body ,Power Klaw , and a Shoota/Skorcha Kombi-weapon
12 Lootas
14 Kommandos, with two Burnas
1 Kommando Nob with a Boss Pole
10 Gretchin
1 Runtherd
29 Boyz armed with Slugga and Choppa
1 Boyz Nob with 'Eavy Armour , Bosspole , and a Power Klaw
29 Boyz armed with Shootas
1 Boyz Nob with ‘Eavy Armour , Bosspole , and Power Klaw
29 Boyz armed with Shootas
1 Boyz Nob with ‘Eavy Armour , Bosspole , and Power Klaw

John was playing a Hero Hammer Necron List. It was trying to use more tricks than tactics. I gave him some advice after the match to help get his idea in the right direction. Not sure exactly but it was something like this

The Green tide just had way to many bodies for his Character heavy list to handle.
