Thoughts: This is for a local tourney.
- I anticipate lots of fliers (flavor of the month), so I plan on taking the ADL with quad gun, and the com relay to get my SR on the field as soon as possible. The Dev squad would man the gun in cover along as many lanes of fire as possible.
- The SR is going to be long range support with the scout squad hanging out for late game objective taking/contesting with Skies of Blood. Probably be in hover mode sitting in a corner unless something bad gets close or there is a flier I need to deal with.
- Dev Squad + ML for hordes, a few of which I expect to see.
- Tycho + Sternguard to pod in and absolutely kill what has to be killed. Armor or MC.. whatever. Tycho is also there because really, not many people like to be in HTH combat with him.

- My main concern is lack of scoring troops. What are your thoughts?

Since BA dont' have oversized drop pods, we can't split our sternguards. Go with all melta, imo.

I love the attack bikes. Get a SP biker for your army.

MLs suck. Hard. Dump the devs. Get more attack bikes and transports for your squads.

Thanks for the advice. I fear lack of template weapons and too few shots to thin out hordes. I do have 2 more attack bikes, would you suggest all 4 being MM, or two with HB? Also I suppose I could combat squad the tac marines to man the quad gun with the plasma cannon and have 5 in a razorback driving around.

I also have some rhino's I can stuff the other squad in.

I'm not sure that you can take both the quad gun and comms relay for the ADL. if i remember correctly, you must choose one.
