The question is in the title. I've read the rule and it says a unit/model with a Mark cannot join any other unit/model with another Mark of Chaos. Chaos Space Marines are unmarked, so as far as direct and literal interpretation it would seem that they aren't limited by who can join them.

Reason I want to know is I'd like to run a Slaneshi Sorcerer with a blob of normal, cheap and cheerful CSM.
