Soo I'm thinking of doing a Lord of Fire themed C'tan Shard.. but I don't wanna shell out for the Nightbringer or the Deceiver.
I had considered having one of those K'daai creatures or the Arcane Elemental of Fire from FW. Maybe a Mourngul?
Other less expensive suggestions welcome.

Reaper has several "flame" creatures in their upcoming bones release (and plenty in metal). You might be able to pick up one of those for really cheap as people start sorting out what they want to keep for themselves.
