AS above, pretty clear question, do you get FNP against wounds caused by failed daemonic instability?

If I remember correctly - DI ignores saves of all kinds.
If that is the case - it comes down to this: Is Feel No Pain a save?
Feel No Pain:
When a model with this special rule suffers an unsaved Wound,it can make a special Feel No Pain roll to avoid being wounded (this is not a saving throw). Roll a D6 each time an unsaved Wound is suffered. On a 4 or less, you must take the Wound as normal. On a 5+, the unsaved Wound is discounted - treat it as having been saved. Note that Feel No Pain rolls cannot be made against unsaved Wounds that inflict Instant Death.
If a unit has the Feel No Pain special rule with a number in brackets afterwards - Feel No Pain (6+),for example - then the number in brackets is the D6 result needed to discount the Wound.
So - There are two sides to this:
1- Since FNP does not state it is a save, it states a roll, that you CAN make an FNP roll
2-Since FNP states that 'unsaved wounds' that you may make the roll. Since you can not make a save, it is not technically 'unsaved' therefore not open to FNP.
My Understanding: YES - you can take FNP against DI (until they FAQ it). The second argument lacks in standing in the fact that any would which is not saved by armor/cover/invuln is an 'unsaved wound'.
If this has been FAQ'd or been stated otherwise, feel free to correct me....but this is my understanding

To counter your second point, I can make FNP against perils of the warp so the second point is made null by that
It is a interesting one, I didnt bother asking the question in a game last night as I had already won but I did think about this before and I really do not know.
I do agree though, IMO yes i can make FNP against DI but I do have a feeling that it will be FAQ'd

Of course the wound is unsaved, the model only takes a wound when the wound is unsaved.
For an instance an AP weapon would go through your armor save, and hence you can't take feel no pain because there was no save roll?
Clearly not the case, so hence yes you can take FNP.

Forgot about the PotW: FNP interaction.
And it is nice to have people verify that I am right... lol

You can make FNP against any wound that isn't restricted by specific restrictions. Unless Daemonic instability has something in there I haven't seen FNP is good to go.

It doesn't - the wording is "no saves of any kind allowed". So, FNP is fine.
