If i'm firing this within 9", I get rapid fire, so two shots per biker, right?

So I roll two dice, get a 1 and a 2, so I re-roll those and then get a 5 and another 1, what happens because of the gets hot rule? Do I still make one shot, roll to wound and take an armour save or do I not make both shots and take an armour save?

Gets hot and re-rolls is the second paragraph, middle column, page 37

Basically you ignore the first rolls, and take wounds for the re-rolls that roll 1's but any that do hit still hit, even if the model dies

Its only Gets Hot blasts that don't fire if you roll a 1.
